Big News!

For those of you who don't know me well, I am the type of person who likes to plan, organize and be prepared. For this reason Dan and I have chosen again to find out what our new baby will be, which we did this morning. After the first ultrasound back in November ,when the baby's heart rate was 167 we guessed it would be a girl. However, you always have that voice in the back of your head saying "maybe you're wrong.....maybe it's a boy, maybe you'll have to buy all new clothes, more trucks and cars, how do you care for a circumcision, are boys really more wild, haircuts would definitely increase, but maybe it is a girl?" OK....so not everyone has that same voice in their head but I do and that is why it's best for me to find out what I am having. So anyway, this morning we went for the most important ultrasound and our suspicions were confirmed...Ava will have a little SISTER!! The baby is healthy and growing right on track. Dan and I are very excited, Ava's not quite sure what to think, but we are all blessed and couldn't ask for more! We'll keep you updated.
