Labor Day

We are still working on teaching Ava to smile. She does not understand that you smile with your mouth not your eyes. Here she is "smiling" at the camera.

I had to put the next two pictures in because I myself couldn't believe Ava was eating corn on the cob all by herself. She loved it!


We have a possible Halloween costume. We took Coco's (Ava's monkey) skirt and put it on Ava. She made quite to hula girl...don't ya think??

For Labor Day we went to G-ma and G-pa Fritz's house for some swimming and BBQ with cousins. Ava practiced her kicking....almost time for more swim lessons.

She also spent some time with Uncle Brad....Ava has been pretty attached to her Uncle Brad lately...I don't think he minds too much.

Ava was very entertained just watching these boys play. Hopefully, there will be some more girls around some day!
