Hanging Out

I was planning to start this post with a video of Ella jumping, as I promised, but I cannot get the video to download onto my computer. So here are just a few pictures of the girls hanging out lately. Right now Ava loves to make houses. Whether it is in the laundry room, under a flipped over chair, or in some other contraption...she is always asking "would you like to come in my house?" Ella is still trying to master crawling. She will now go 2-3 "crawls" before dropping back down and scooting to her destination. Along with crawling she has started talking a little...all day long I hear dadadadadadadada. What is the deal with dada always coming before mama? Anyway, the last Ella update is her teeth, which there are now four..the top two and bottom two are all in! Here's my girls in one of Ava's many houses..

We recently had some friends from college over and instead of loud music and alcohol there were bottles, pacifiers, and diapers. Here is the clan...Ava(2.5), Ella(7mon), Parker(8mon), Maddison(1), Carmen(18mon).

I will end with one of those moments that make me so happy I stay home to catch them. Ava was feeding her elephant a snack of raisins, because elephant ate all his raisins he got a special treat, which happen to be green beans. I wasn't paying a whole lot of attention and when she was done and I went to clear the table I found elephant still snacking. Needless to say, elephant had a strong scent of green beans and needed a bath!
