Unfortunately, I am having a hard time getting any pictures to share but I didn't want to go without mentioning the ski trip the girls went on. Dan took both girls right before Christmas with G-pa F to Vail, CO. I wish I could say it was a huge success, but Ava was diagnosed with the flu three days before they were due to leave. She only managed to ski one half day and spent the rest of the time in a hotel room resting. On the other hand, Ella did quite well. I have to admit we were nervous about Ella skiing. We thought she may not like it, GET HURT, or wait till they are halfway down a mountain to mention she has to use the restroom. Ella started with zero skiing experience and left Colorado at the same level as Ava. She was really excited and had a blast!!
Hopefully I will have pictures to follow!? Dan ordered pictures taken by the ski school and was told we can download them when they got home, however we were unable to see or download any when we tried. I will continue to try and locate our pictures. It was hard to take pictures of Ella while at the hotel with Ava.
