The week before Ava's birthday the girls got to go to their first ever Daddy Daughter Dance.
It was a last minute thing, but we pulled it off. with corsages and all. The girls had a BLAST dancing the night away, well dancing till the reasonable 9 o'clock hour.
Another year has passed since we started our little family nine years ago. NINE YEARS!! Ava is almost in the double digits! She is a loving, caring, energetic, reliable, beautiful girl. She LOVES to dance, she is a great artist, and she still loves bugs?!
For Ava's birthday we had all the family over and Ava invited her good friend Abby to spend the night. This is Abby goofing off with Ava's 'historical missourian' project for school.

My baby is nine years old! Her wishes have grown to laptops and cell phones, but still does and may always include stuffed animals.
